Garena is a gastronomic restaurant located in a 17th-century farmhouse in Dima (Bizkaia), led by chef Julen Baz. Its concept is inspired by the life of the Basque farmhouse and aims to reinterpret traditional cuisine through a contemporary lens, always maintaining a deep respect for the product, the territory, and the history.
