London born Alex Dilling discovered his fond admiration for food from a young age. Alex's first standalone restaurant opened on the 1st Floor of Hotel Cafe Royal - overlooking Regent Street - on 1st September 2022. The restaurant will see Alex deliver the finest ingredients taking inspiration from French classics.
